Desired Candidate Profile
*   A computer savvy male graduate aged below 48 years possessing 20 to 25 years highly successful track record and experience in field selling and sales management in reputed companies in general trade, Modern trade , institutional and ethical selling and e-commerce business.
* Should possess sound territory knowledge of U.P.( CENTRAL AND WESTERN) , DELHI , PUNJAB , HARYANA , HIMACHAL PRADESH,       UTTARAKHAND , J&K  and GUJARAT.

* Enthusiastic , Confident & should know how to grow a company.

* An effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

* An Accomplishing  marketing professional with broad retail sales , modern trade sales, ethical sales , institutional sales , e-commerce sales and marketing experience, encompassing strategic planning, interactive marketing, creative development and media planning & buying.

* Candidates  from Ayurveda / Nutraceutical /FMCG/Cosmetic Industry would be preferred.

 

  • Job Responsibilities :
    Responsible for promoting and selling wide range of Patent OTC and generic Ayurvedic products ,Ethical Ayurvedic formulations, FMCG & Natural Skin Care /OTC products IN THE STATES OF U.P.( CENTRAL AND WESTERN) , DELHI , PUNJAB , HARYANA , HIMACHAL PRADESH,  UTTARAKHAND , J&K  and GUJARAT.
  • Exposure to Normal trade channel  , Modern trade , institutional sales , e-commerce channel etc
  • Should have experience of launching & building from scratch new business and expanding existing business  , new territories & new products in offline and online markets .
  • Opening different verticals for the brands,  identifying the new business opportunities & Implementing new sales plans and advertising
  • Be responsible for delivering annual business plans in a profitable way.
  • Work to boost the sales of the company by managing in an effective & efficient manner. Develop team of highly motivated experienced managers and field staff.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling sales and distribution expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals on monthly , quarterly and annual basis.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing goals of the company.
  • Developing MIS
  • Be responsible for delivering annual five year plans and brand plans in conjunction with sales and marketing teams and in the light of market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Be responsible for cost-effective deployment of the annual advertising and promotional budget.
  • Be responsible for monthly sales volume and revenue forecasts.
  • Drive and continuously track achievement of sales, market share and brand health objectives, building performance insights based on marketing and sales activity evaluation and putting measures in place to ensure objectives are achieved, as required over time.
  • Skilled in cultivating excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers as well as developing creative sales technique and tactics to meet business goals and contacting potential customers for new business opportunities as well as coordinating with sales team to plan promotional activities, trade shows and special events.
  • Responsible for formulation and implementation of Sales strategy, media planning product wise, state wise; increase hands to cover more area to develop new business.
  • Overseeing sales, promotions, collections and other activities to achieve sales target; building positive working relationship with existing clients for repeat business.
  • Maintaining sales management and reporting tools to achieve business objectives; coordinating with management to develop sales plan, budget and schedule.
  • Prepare an accurate report on marketing campaigns and overall performance on monthly / quarterly basis  or as and when required by the management.
